My new group Rotations Ensemble had our first performance on October 13 at Open Gate Theater! More info to come, but RE was formed to play music I’ve been cooking up based around a 1-3-5-7-9-11 Eikosany. I now have an electric guitar with moveable frets, which can play the microtonal notes I have in mind for this group. Much fun to come!
I also played accordion in Dave Tranchina’s Sextet. Below are the instruments I used for the night.
