On June 26-27, PARTCH Ensemble will premiere Parable of the Bitter, a piece I recently finished while artist-in-residence at the Kayenta Center for the Arts.
They will also play excerpts from Harry Partch’s And on the Seventh Day Petals Fell in Petaluma and The Bewitched, as well as John Schneider’s Listening to Lao Tzu
